发射: a new supervisor training 

Metropolitan State University of 丹佛’s Learning and Development Team is proud to announce 发射, a new supervisor leadership-development program. This program will include content that is foundational to managing and leading and will include content to support leadership growth and general administrative supervisory responsibilities. A virtual binder of helpful University information will be available as an ongoing resource for all participants.   

的 three-session program (four hours each) will be held on campus. Location details will be available soon. 

Attendance is required for all three sessions, and t在这里 will be prework and homework associated with the course.  

发射 is designed for faculty and staff members who directly supervise employees (including student employees) with a primary focus on those who are new/newer to a leadership role. 的 program is also open to employees who aspire to leadership roles. 

Supervisors who are interested in attending can register 在这里. All participants will receive a follow-up email outlining prework and announcing training locations.
